Golf Course Grounds Keeper

GOLFCOURSE GROUNDS KEEPER

The Role:

• Daily operations with mowers such as, Zero Turn, Cylinder (reel) Mowers
• Demonstrate a passion and understanding in maintaining golf course greens, fairways and roughs

• Whipper snippering, Edging and Hedging
• General Gardening and Turf Maintenance monitoring growth regulation
• Irrigation inspections and repairs

• Weeding and weed management with use of chemical sprays
• Working within a team
• Driving Company vehicles & Trucks

Criteria:

• White card
• Minimum 6 month’s experience within a Landscaping or Greenkeeper role
• Experience operating Ride on lawn mowers (required)
• Valid driver’s licence (HR desirable)
• Current National Police Clearance
• Certificate III in sports Turf Management (highly desirable)
• Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable)
• Certificate III in Irrigation Technology (desirable)
• National Police Certificate
